Right of withdrawal for EU consumers. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us (Hans Jakob Meyer estate, nachlass@hansjakobmeyer.example) of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement.
Consequences. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
Switzerland: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales; the estate voluntarily grants 14 days from receipt.
