Terms & Conditions (Sales)

1. Provider

The provider is Andreas Auerbach as owner of the Hans Jakob Meyer estate (see Imprint).

2. Offer, prices

Works are offered at a standard price of CHF 1,000 per work, unless otherwise indicated. Prices include Swiss VAT, exclude shipping and any customs duties.

3. Conclusion of contract

The sales contract is concluded when the estate confirms the order. Offers are subject to availability; unique pieces are reserved on a first-come basis.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by the checkout providers (Stripe, PayPal) – credit cards, Apple/Google Pay, TWINT (CH), Wero (EU). We do not store any card or bank data.

5. Shipping

Items ship after receipt of payment. Carrier, cost and delivery time are agreed individually as sculptures require dedicated packing.

6. Returns

Consumers in the EU enjoy the statutory right of withdrawal (see Cancellation). Swiss law does not require this for distance sales; the estate nonetheless voluntarily grants 14 days from receipt.

7. Liability, warranty

Statutory provisions apply. For art-historical originals the condition is warranted as "original work by Hans Jakob Meyer, condition as shown".

8. Governing law, venue

Swiss law, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Venue is Zurich where permissible.
